Peter has two sisters; Annette, aged 37 and Natalie aged 27. Both are married. Peter’s oldest sister is a primary school teacher, whilst his youngest sister specialises in project management.

Peter first met his wife and soul-mate Clare Marie Hassett in 1995. Clare is one year younger than Peter and is also a successful property investor.

On 12th April 2001, Peter and Clare were married in a traditional Sanskrit wedding ceremony held in at the Mount Lavinia Colonial Hotel, Colombo, Sri-Lanka.

Peter is currently based in the small town of Clanfield, Hampshire, UK, which is approximately 10 miles north of Portsmouth. He and Clare have two sons, Ashley Kealan who is 3 and Harley Jayden (18 months).

Peter has never strayed too far from his home town of Portsmouth, a place he holds very dear to his heart, with exception of a brief period between 1995- 1996 where he lived in Manchester.

Peter co-founded Freedom TGIM in 2003 with his business partner Tony Swift. Today, the property portfolio is worth around £22m, consists of 300 rental units and generates a turnover of around £1.5m per annum.

My Two Biggest Addictions

Aside from the obvious enjoyment that comes with being married to my beautiful wife Clare, and raising our two sons Ashley and Harley, my main two passions are 1) Creative Finance and 2) Technology.

In terms of Creative Finance, and for those of you who don’t know, this is a range of non traditional strategies and techniques which enable people to invest in property using minimal financial resources.

And as far as technology is concerned – well I am pretty much a gadget mad ‘techno-geek’. I love anything to do with computers, and that includes web design, programming/ scripting, and graphic design.
